finally over the Run
it was so suffering to running 6km non-stop
spent 48mins 39sec to finish the whole journey
and i found that i prefer running up the slope than down the slope..
up the slope just 1 word... SPRINT!
but to the bottom of the slope you must use your leg and stop and break..
very troublesome so i dont like it very much xD
wooooooott
leg are cramp-ing..
PAIN!!!!
never do warm ups before start run
xP
i deserve it..

i'm getting excited and nervous about the upcoming Run.
6km.. dont know i can finish it without stop..
hope that god bless me
and i have enough stamina to sustain till the last minute..
going back to primary school in 6hour..

Run will start at 8:30 something
cant wait..
and i scare i will give up half way..
2.4 is a big big suffer for me already..
6km..
2.5 times 2.4..
and going to meet all my teachers and friends :)
miss them so much..
sorry that i had to skip church to participant in this Run.
hope that god will forgive me.

gosh..
my health is falling down
keep on getting sick
yesterday night cannot breath properly..
nose stuck
and keep waking up and waking up
now..
sore throat and coughing..
dont know tomorrow will be what

today met with old school friends
still with them is the best :)
cause 3 years already....
doesn't mean you all not good
you all also good lor
but take 3 years compare to 1years ma
haha
of course is them lo..

cause we already built our implicit recognition very well..

sooooo weird me...
i mean today i so weird
tired!!!!
went to church
this speaker really make me move!

lets see...
what's the aim of life?
even if we have 80 years to live..
it will still filled with pain and trouble,
soon they dissapear and later we fly away..
so what's the aim for our life?

if say we live up to 70 years
25550 days for us
25550 days = 613200hours
we sleep for 8 hours per day,204400 hours we used on sleeping
408800 hours left
we study for an average of 6 hours
left 255500 hours in our life
what do we do during these time?
sleep? hanging around with friends? playing games?
we never thought to know more about god
the best way of it is read bible
we spent how long on knowing god?
1 day have 24hours
24-8-6 left 10
10-1 for bathing left 9
9 hours we did not even touch the bible heartfully..
remember
70years and we left 255500 hours to spend
during the 255500 hours we rather spent on other things than spend with god
unbelievable right
but its true..
we should prepare ourselves
the day is coming
bible predictions cannot be voided

can you make sure you can go to heaven after you die in this temporary world?
you can say you never did any criminal things so you can definitely go to heaven
whats IS crime?
crime IS THAT when we do not follow Lord and listen to His words
of course.. get some common sense la..

today i suffered a lot..

cca training..

1st i didn't sleep enough..

like only 3 or 4hour??

if include the time on car and idle =]

then i was like..

half awaken.. so i go the drink stall buy coffee..

so nice~ woke up suddenly =]

so bitter and nice!! :P

1st actitivity..

run..

we keep on tell ms lee 2.4 2.4 2.4 2.4 2.4..

because we only have all sec1 group there..

so ms lee let us to run.. :)

but in the end..

i only know 2.4...

ms lee instrution is half of 2.4

and i ran 2.4..

LOL??

when i came back..

leg tired like!!&^%&^%$#$#@%$#@$#

rest awhile..

do alot of physical training..

exhausted..

haha i break my record..

1.2 i ran in 4min35sec only :)

junyang behind me

keep asking me you wont feel tired meh

then i ask him why he think so

he said cause when i running my mouth was not moving

like not breathing

but i found a secret way to maintain breathing while running liao :)

thursday is the demon return!
