apologize only when you think you are in the wrong but if you dont even know why you think so and you no need to apologize. Apologize without knowing what is wrong that mean no sincerity at all which will make other think you a person like not knowing sorry stand for what. If you have think it through then you can come to apologize and the other party might accept. But if you don't think it through... No use for apologize!!! Think what was wrong before you apologize! Who, What, When, Where, How... 4W1H...use it to make a mind map..
